Building a Holistic Lifestyle
The purpose of the Spokane Holistic Chamber of Commerce (SHCC) is to facilitate awareness in our community. We aspire to help people realize the possibility of living a more holistic and sustainable lifestyle. This means doing things in a way that benefits individuals and the earth we inhabit.
To that end we are bringing together health professionals and business people who can help to expand the community awareness. Awareness of lifestyle issues such as health, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, mental attitudes, the environment, and interdependency of small businesses is our goal.
Our meetings and fairs are free to the public and open to everyone. At our fairs vendors give guidance to attendees on the lifestyle issues listed above. We also have speakers at our meetings and our fairs who give short educational presentations.
The awareness we encourage and cultivate will help our community break down cultural and sociological barriers. As the barriers break down a network of interdependency will develop. We can escape the big business paradigm and live on a more personal level.
The result is a physically, mentally, and economically healthier community that resonates at a higher vibration. The greater our vibration, the greater positive impact the world around us will feel.
